摘 要:本文基于LS-DYNA软件创建6309深沟球轴承仿真模型,以国标测试工况为基准建立仿真模型的边界条件并模拟该工况,计算了不同游隙、不同沟曲率下的仿真模型。研究了轴承动态性能参数振动加速度与振动速度的相关性并与临界值相比,得出振动加速度与振动速度高频段具有相关性的结论。同时以同样的工况做动态性能参数试验,同样研究振动加速度与振动速度的相关性,得出振动加速度与振动速度高频段具有相关性的结论。仿真相关性数据与试验数据相关性对比结果一致,进一步验证了仿真模型的准确性。In this paper,a simulation model of 6309 deep groove ball bearing was created based on LS-DYNA software.The boundary conditions of the simulation model were established and the working conditions were simulated based on the national standard test conditions.The simulation models under different backlash and different groove curvature were calculated,and the correlation between vibration acceleration and vibration velocity of bearing dynamic performance parameters was studied.It was concluded that the vibration acceleration was correlated with the high frequency band of vibration velocity.At the same time,the dynamic performance parameters were tested under the same working conditions,and the correlation between vibration acceleration and vibration velocity was also studied.The simulation correlation data was consistent with the experimental correlation data,which further verified the accuracy of the simulation model.
