智能变电站便携式变压器油色谱分析技术研究

摘  要:变压器油色谱分析涉及因素较多,导致分析结果与实际情况的误差难以得到有效控制。为此,提出智能变电站便携式变压器油色谱分析技术。分别将关系到变压器性能和安全的气体成分浓度、影响油中气体溶解度的变压器内部温度以及影响油中气体浓度的变压器内部压力作为具体的特征参量,并将变压器油色谱原始数据特征参量累积方差贡献率之和为1作为约束,设置主因子;在分析阶段,考虑到气体浓度与选择的特征变量之间存在线性关系,引入线性回归模型对主因子进行分析,并通过迭代加权最小二乘估计回归系数,利用回归残差对变压器油色谱原始数据中气体含量进行分析。测试结果表明,设计的智能变电站便携式变压器油色谱分析技术可实现对变压器油中不同溶解气体含量的精准分析,误差稳定在3.00μL/L以内。Due to the involvement of multiple factors in transformer oil chromatographic analysis,it is difficult to effectively control the error between analysis results and actual situation.To this end,the oil chromatographic spectrum analysis technology for portable transformers in intelligent substations is studied in this work.By taking the concentration of gas substances that affect performance and safety of transformers,the internal temperature and pressure of transformer that affects solubilities and concentrations of those substances in oil,respectively,and regard the sum of cumulative variance contributions of chromatographic data′s original characteristic parameters equal to 1 as the constraint,the main factor was determined.In the analysis stage,considering the linear relationships between gas concentrations and selected characteristic variables,a linear regression model is introduced to analyze the main factors,in which the regression coefficients are estimated through iterative weighted least squares.Regression residuals are used to analyze gas content in original chromatographic data.The test results show that this analysis technology can achieve accurate analysis of different dissolved gas contents in transformer oil with an error stably maintained within 3.00μL/L.
