摘 要:改革开放以来,伴随着我国高等教育从精英化到大众化、普及化进程,新生入学教育在引导学生思想教育和适应大学方面发挥了重要作用。新生入学教育在本土化实践和借鉴国外经验下,从突出思想政治价值导向的传统模式,向基于学生全面发展需要和质量提升的多要素融合模式转变。40多年来,新生入学教育在发展主线、内容演变、功能彰显等方面表现出多重特征。展望新生入学教育未来的发展方向,高校要在学生受教育的起始阶段强化转型导向和个性指导,将新生入学教育融入整个人才培养过程中;不断增强新生的适应感和成长性,助力学生成长成才;加强院校研究,促进新生入学教育形成特色。Since the reform and opening up,with the process of higher education in China moving from elitism to massification and popularization,freshman entrance education has played an important role in guiding students'ideological education and adapting to university.Under the practice of localization and the reference of foreign experiences,freshman entrance education has transformed from the traditional model that emphasizes the value orientation of ideological and political education to a multi-element integration model based on the comprehensive development needs and quality improvement of students.Over the past 40 years,freshman entrance education has shown multiple characteristics in terms of development mainline,content evolution,and function manifestation.Looking forward to the future development direction of freshman entrance education,universities should strengthen the transformation orientation and individual guidance at the beginning stage of students'education,integrate freshman entrance education into the entire talent cultivation process,continuously enhance the adaptability and growth of freshmen,help students grow and become talented,strengthen college research,and promote the formation of characteristics in freshman entrance education.
