绩效驱动的“项目制”大学生团队资助育人机理探赜——以西华大学为例

摘　　要：当前的国家助学金政策在实施过程中存在着时空上的“不连贯性”、资助评审上的“轻育人趋向”、育人过程的“孤立化倾向”等问题。育人效果的偏差和弱化要求高校改革资助育人模式,体现新时代大学生成长规律,聚焦资助育人效果,打破相对僵化的个体受助形态。通过“项目制”团队资助育人模式,以学生自我教育、绩效驱动、个性化育人等方式,更好地发挥助学金的育人效能,实现“资助”与“育人”的良性互动,真正激发发展型资助的原生动力,帮助大学生顺利成长成才,确保党和国家资助政策的育人目标落地落实。The current national scholarship policy has problems such as"incoherence"in time and space,"light education tendency"in funding review,and"tendency of isolation"in the process of education.The deviation and weakening of educational effects require universities to reform the funding education model,reflect the growth law of college students in the new era,focus on the effects of funding education,and break the relatively rigid form of individual assistance.Through the"project-based"team funding education model,with the methods of student self-education,performance-driven,and personalized education,it can better exert the educational efficiency of scholarships,realize the benign interaction of"funding"and"education",truly stimulate the original power of developmental funding,help college students grow successfully,and ensure the funding policy of the party and the state.
