摘  要:以大学生为主要研究对象,探讨上行社会比较与主观幸福感之间的关系、妒忌的类型(善意妒忌与恶意妒忌)的中介作用,以及自尊在上行社会比较中的调节作用。期望引起高校教育工作者对大学生社会比较和妒忌心理的重视,引导大学生有效、适度竞争,呼吁大学生保持良好心态,正确看待在互联网迅速发展的当下,社交网站上他人发布的动态信息,减少由上行社会比较带来的负面情绪,珍惜自己拥有的事物,从而为个体心理健康的预防与干预实践提供理论指导,提高大学生的主观幸福感。This paper takes college students as the main research object to explore the relationship between upward social comparison and subjective well-being,the mediating role of the type of envy(benign envy and malicious envy),and the moderating role of self-esteem in upward social comparison.It is expected to arouse the attention of college educators on college students’social comparison and envy psychology,so as to guide college students to compete effectively and moderately;furthermore,it calls on college students to maintain a good attitude toward the dynamic information released on social networking sites during the rapid development of the Internet at the moment.By reducing the negative emotions brought by upward social comparison and cherishing what you have,it provides theoretical guidance for the prevention and intervention practice of individual mental health to improve the subjective well-being of college students.
