摘　　要：本研究深入探讨了自然保护区在生物多样性保护与生态旅游结合中的作用,旨在寻求生物多样性保护与生态旅游共同发展的可行路径。通过文献分析与实证研究,揭示了自然保护区不仅是保护生物多样性的重要手段,也是生态旅游的理想选择地。通过对千岛湖自然保护区和五指山自然保护区的分析,评估了生物多样性保护与生态旅游结合的实际效果,并提出了可能面临的挑战及应对策略,包括建立科学的生态旅游管理规划、进一步加强生态教育、建立定期的生态监测与评估体系等,以期为制定更好的生物多样性保护策略及构建更有效的生态旅游管理体系提供参考。This study delves into the role of nature reserves in the integration of biodiversity conservation and ecotourism,aiming to seek feasible paths for the joint development of biodiversity conservation and ecotourism.Through literature analysis and empirical research,it has been revealed that nature reserves are not only an important means of protecting biodiversity,but also an ideal choice for ecotourism.By analyzing the Qiandao Lake Nature Reserve and Wuzhishan Nature Reserve,the actual effect of combining biodiversity conservation with ecotourism was evaluated,and potential challenges and response strategies were proposed,including establishing a scientific ecotourism management plan,further strengthening ecological education,and establishing a regular ecological monitoring and evaluation system,which provides reference for formulating better biodiversity conservation strategies and building more effective ecotourism management systems.
