摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨种业公司财务管理与绩效考核的优化策略。种业公司作为农业领域的重要组成部分,需要有效地管理财务资源和评估绩效,以实现可持续发展。在本研究中,系统介绍了种业公司财务管理的重要性和挑战,包括资金管理和风险控制;深入探讨了绩效考核在种业公司中的作用和影响,包括关键指标和绩效评估方法。进一步分析了财务管理与绩效考核的关联与整合,强调了它们之间相互促进的关系。在优化策略方面,本研究提出了一些具体的措施,如成本控制和预算管理,以及设定明确目标和建立有效的绩效评估体系。通过实证研究和案例分析,展示了优化财务管理与绩效考核的实践经验和可行性,以期为种业公司提供有益的指导,以在财务管理和绩效考核方面获得更好的结果。This study aims to explore the optimization strategies of financial management and performance evaluation for seed companies.As an important part of the agricultural sector,seed companies need to effectively manage financial resources and evaluate performance to achieve sustainable development.In this study,the importance and challenges of financial management in seed companies are systematically introduced,including capital management and risk control;the role and impact of performance evaluation in seed companies are deeply discussed,including key indicators and performance evaluation methods.Further analysis of the connection and integration between financial management and performance evaluation emphasized their mutually reinforcing relationship.In terms of optimization strategies,this study proposes some specific measures,such as cost control and budget management,as well as setting clear objectives and establishing an effective performance evaluation system.Through empirical research and case analysis,it demonstrates the practical experience and feasibility of optimizing financial management and performance evaluation,providing beneficial guidance for seed companies to achieve better results in financial management and performance evaluation.
