摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展,是践行马克思主义文化观的重要举措,不仅影响我国文化软实力的提升,也事关中国的社会主义现代化进程。因此,以“双创”方针逻辑原点、逻辑演进和逻辑复归的演绎层次为切入点,对“双创”实施的历史机遇、实践机遇和科技机遇进行现实审视,厘清“双创”方针的逻辑与背景。同时,结合“双创”实施过程中中华传统文化历史局限性、世界多元文化冲击、区域经济发展水平差异等内外因素造成的挑战困境,最终得出以马克思主义中国化为创新发展前提、以人民群众为创新发展立场、以“破”与“立”为创新发展原则、以打造品牌为创新发展手段等建设路径。The creative transformation and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture is an important measure to practice the Marxist cultural concept.It not only affects the improvement of China's cultural soft power,but also relates to the process of socialist modernization in China.Taking the logical origin,logical evolution,and logical restoration of the"creative transformation and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture"policy as the starting point,this paper conducts a realistic examination of the historical,practical,and technological opportunities of the implementation of"creative transformation and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture",and combines the challenges and difficulties caused by internal and external factors,such as the historical limitations of traditional Chinese culture,the impact of global multiculturalism,and regional economic development differences in the implementation process.Ultimately,the construction path is based on the premise of Sinicization of Marxism,the stance of innovation and development on the people,the principles of innovation and development on"breaking"and"establishing",and the means of innovation and development on building brands.
