摘 要:采用溶剂热法,利用双金属氧化物易调控等优点制备了不同比例Cu-NiCo_(2)O_(4)纳米材料。通过XRD、SEM、FTIR等表征手段对其晶相、形貌结构、官能团进行分析,研究离子掺杂对NiCo_(2)O_(4)纳米材料晶相、形貌等表观影响;并对其类酶活性与抑菌性能进行探究,得到调控NiCo_(2)O_(4)纳米材料形貌尺寸与抑菌性能的最佳掺杂比例;通过小鼠创面模型、组织病理分析以及细胞毒性实验探究其抗感染能力与生物安全性。经以上实验得到晶相稳定,尺寸在1~2μm左右,具有双重类酶活性、高抑菌性能与良好生物安全性,Cu:Ni摩尔比为0.5%的Cu-NiCo_(2)O_(4)纳米材料。Different proportions of Cu-NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanomaterials were prepared by the solvothermal method using the advantages of easy control of bimetallic oxides.The crystal phase,morphology,structure,and functional groups of NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanomaterials were analyzed by XRD,SEM,and FTIR;the effects of ion doping on the crystal phase and morphology of NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanomaterials were studied;the enzyme-like activity and bacteriostatic properties of NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanomaterials were studied;and the optimum doping ratio was obtained.Its anti-infective ability and biosafety were studied by a wound model,histopathological analysis,and cytotoxicity tests in mice.Through the above experiments,Cu-NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanomaterials with a stable crystal phase,a size of 1~2μm,double enzyme-like activity,high bacteriostatic performance,good biosafety,and a Cu:Ni molar ratio of 0.5%were obtained.
