摘 要:柑橘是赣南地区重要的经济作物,受土壤中硒有效性的影响,柑橘果实中硒元素含量较低.前期的研究结果显示,‘纽荷尔’脐橙在叶面喷施200 mg/L亚硒酸钠处理下,果实可达到富硒标准,同时果实品质得到了提升.在这个基础上,为探究叶面硒营养强化对不同柑橘品种果实品质的影响,以6个柑橘品种为试验材料,研究叶面硒营养强化下,不同柑橘品种的硒含量和果实品质相关指标.结果表明,6个柑橘品种对硒元素的富集能力不同,果实品质变化亦有差异.柑橘中橙类和柑类的果实可食部位的硒含量显著上升,果实中可溶性糖显著上升,而橘类果实中硒含量显著上升,果实品质指标变化不明显.综合比较,柑橘中的橙类和柑类更适合富硒栽培.研究结果为富硒柑橘生产中的品种选择以及提高硒肥利用率提供了理论依据.Citrus is an important cash crop in southern Jiangxi,and the selenium content in citrus fruits is low due to the influence of soil selenium availability.Previous research results have shown that under the foliar application of 200 mg/L sodium selenite,the fruit of'Newhall'navel orange can reach the selenium-rich standard,and at the same time,the fruit quality is improved.Based on this,in order to explore the effect of foliar selenium nutrition enhancement on the fruit quality of different citrus varieties,six citrus varieties were used as experimental materials to study the selenium content and fruit quality-related indicators of different citrus varieties under foliar selenium nutrition enhancement.The results show that the enrichment ability of selenium in the six citrus varieties is different,and the changes in fruit quality also vary.The selenium content in the edible part of the fruit of navel oranges and mandarins in citrus has significantly increased,and the soluble sugar content in the fruit has also significantly increased.However,in oranges,the selenium content in the fruit has significantly increased,and the changes in fruit quality indicators are not significant.In comprehensive comparison,oranges and mandarins in citrus are more suitable for selenium-rich cultivation.The research results provide a theoretical basis for variety selection in selenium-rich citrus production and improving the utilization rate of selenium fertilizer.
