习近平文化思想铸魂育人探析

摘　　要：文化化人,既是中华民族优良传统和中华文明的魅力所在,也是中国共产党文化建设和思想政治教育的历史经验。新时代以来,习近平文化思想成为党和国家文化育人工作的新武器。发挥习近平文化思想的社会功用,必须立足于其铸魂育人实践。推进习近平文化思想铸魂育人,需要我们树立“问题意识”。认真诠释习近平文化思想铸魂育人的基本属性,以解决何以育人问题;系统提炼习近平文化思想铸魂育人的话语要素,以解决以何育人问题;深入探讨习近平文化思想铸魂育人的现实路径,以解决如何育人问题。这是我们深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想,推动文化化人工作与时俱进,深化细化“两个结合”的需要,也是我们运用习近平文化思想武装全党、教育人民,建设教育强国和文化强国,成就人才强国和文明中国,加速实现中华民族伟大复兴的需要。To cultivate people with culture is not only the excellent tradition of the Chinese nation and charm of Chinese civilization but also the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in cultural construction and ideological and political education.Since the opening of the new era,Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts have developed into the new weapons of the Party and state in cultivating people with culture.To exert their social functions,we must start with their soul-casting and people-cultivating practice and set up the sense of problems.First,we must interpret the basic attributes of Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts to answer the question of why they can educate people.Second,we must summarize the discourse elements in them to solve the problem of what can be resorted to in educating people.Third,we must explore the realistic paths of soul casting and people cultivating with Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts to solve the problem of how to educate people.To do as such is the demand of promoting the work of cultivating people with culture,so as to keep pace with the times and to deepen and elaborate the "Two Combinations".It is also the demand of arming the whole Party and educating the people with Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts to build a strong country in education and culture,make China a strong country of talents and a civilized nation,and accelerate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
