摘 要:动物的生长发育和生命活动需要消耗大量能量,包括组织器官活动、细胞分裂以及细胞内的各种生物化学反应等。肠道发育和功能与动物生长及生产密切相关,且近年来受到越来越多的关注。因此,推测能量底物供给对肠道发育和功能影响显著,但目前对于动物肠道发育和功能对能量底物的需求及优先性选择的研究非常有限。本文综述了葡萄糖、短链脂肪酸、谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺等能量底物的作用特点及不同能量底物对动物肠道发育和肠道稳态的调控作用,为优化生产中能量供给、改善肠道发育提供营养策略和技术指导。High-energy consumption processes in animals,such as tissue and organ functions,cell division,and different biochemical reactions inside the cell,are necessary for their growth and development.Animal growth and production are intimately linked to intestinal development and function,which has drawn increasing attention in recent times.Therefore,it is hypothesized that energy substrate availability has a substantial influence on intestine growth and function.However,present research on energy substrate demand and priority selection of animal intestinal development and function is extremely restricted.The functional properties of energy substrates,including glucose,glutamic acid,glutamine,and short-chain fatty acids,as well as the regulatory effects of various energy substrates on intestinal development and homeostasis in animals,were reviewed in this paper.Nutritional strategies and technical recommendations are also provided for enhancing intestinal development and optimizing energy supply during production.
