摘 要:基于TBD234V6型船用增压柴油机,运用GT-Power软件建立其仿真模型,设立推进特性25%、50%、75%、100%负荷率4个工况点,在各工况下对纯柴油和10%、20%、30%、40%共5组二代生物柴油掺混比进行仿真模拟研究,探究不同掺混比例二代生物柴油对船用柴油机性能的影响.研究显示随着二代生物柴油掺混比的升高,柴油机的动力性和经济性得到提升,排放性能中的NO_(x)排放下降.该仿真研究可以为之后二代生物柴油在船用发动机上的实际测试提供一定参考.Based on the TBD234V6 turbocharged diesel engine,a simulation model was established using GTPower software,with four operating points of 25%,50%,75%,and 100%load rates for propulsion characteristics.Simulation simulations were conducted on pure diesel and 5 sets of hydrogenated deoxygenated oil(HDO)blending ratios of 10%,20%,30%,and 40%under each operating condition to explore the impact of different blending ratios of hydrogenated deoxygenated oil on the performance of marine diesel engine.Research shows that with the increase of the blending ratio of HDO,the performance of diesel engine's power and economy have been improved,with a decrease in NO_(x) emission.This study can provide a certain reference for the application of hydrogenated deoxygenated oil in marine engine.
