精确调[牙合]治疗运动型食物嵌塞临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗运动型食物嵌塞的调[牙合]方法及效果。方法选择2021年9月至2023年5月来锦州医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的邻面接触关系正常的食物嵌塞患者124例为研究对象,分析其咬合关系,诊断食物嵌塞原因,精确调[牙合]治疗后观察临床治愈后第2、4、8周复查食物嵌塞情况。结果术后2 w,124例患者中有93例食物嵌塞症状治愈,15例显效、10例改善、6例无效;术后4 w及8 w未完全治愈者经再次调磨后,成功率达94.4%,3组治愈率对比表明(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论精确调[牙合]后有效提升运动型食物嵌塞治愈率,值得在临床上应用及推广。Objective To explore the method and effect of occlusal adjustment in the treatment of sports food impaction.Methods A total of 124 patients with food impaction who came to Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Jinzhou Medical University from September 2021 to May 2023 with normal adjacency contact relationship were selected as the study objects.Their occlusal relationship was analyzed,the causes of food impaction were diagnosed,and the situation of food impaction was reviewed at 2,4 and 8 weeks after clinical cure after precise adjustment of occlusion treatment.Results 2 weeks after operation,93 cases of food impaction symptoms were cured,15 cases were effective,10 cases were improved,and 6 cases were ineffective.The success rate of the patients who were not completely cured 4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery was 94.4%,and the comparison of the cure rates among the three groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Accurate jaw adjustment can effectively improve the cure rate of food impaction in sports,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
