摘 要:为了解不同体积分数氮气处理对锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)种群适合度的影响,本研究采用构建生命表的方法,研究了95%和98%2种氮气(体积分数)胁迫24 h后锈赤扁谷盗实验种群的生长发育情况,并以此分析了不同氮气体积分数对锈赤扁谷盗各生命参数和种群适合度的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比:95%氮气(体积分数)处理后,子代锈赤扁谷盗的孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率均呈现下降的趋势,分别下降了2.00%、11.34%、8.80%,卵、幼虫、蛹及总发育历期分别延长了0.2、2.0、0.4、2.6 d:体积分数98%氮气处理后,子代锈赤扁谷盗的孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率均呈现下降的趋势,分别下降了6.00%、25.33%、13.51%,卵、幼虫、蛹及总发育历期分别延长了0.4、4.3、1.0、5.8 d。此外,氮气气调胁迫导致处理当代锈赤扁谷盗单雌产卵量显著减少,子代雌虫占比升高,但子代单雌产卵量未受到影响。In order to understand the influence of different nitrogen concentrations on the population fitness of Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens),the growth and development of the experimental population of C.ferrugineus(Stephens)after 24 hours of stress with 95%and 98%nitrogen concentrations were studied by constructing a life table,and the effects of different nitrogen concentrations on the life parameters and population fitness were analyzed.The results indicated that,compared with the control group,under the treatment of 95%nitrogen concentration,the hatching rate,pupation rate and emergence rate of C.ferrugineus revealed a downward trend with the increase of nitrogen concentration,decreased by 2.00%,11.34%and 8.80%,respectively.The developmental duration of eggs,larvae,pupae and total development was prolonged with the increase of nitrogen concentration,by 0.2,2.0,0.4 d and 2.6 d,respectively.Under the treatment of 98%nitrogen concentration,the hatching rate,pupation rate and emergence rate of C.ferrugineus revealed a downward trend with the increase of nitrogen concentration,decreased by 6.00%,25.33%and 13.51%,respectively.The developmental duration of eggs,larvae,pupae and total development was prolonged with the increase of nitrogen concentration,by 0.4,4.3,1.0 d and 5.8d,respectively.Besides,the controlled atmosphere stress of nitrogen resulted in a significant decrease in the number of eggs laid by the single female of the current generation of C.ferrugineus,and an increase in the proportion of female offspring,but the number of eggs laid by the single female of the offspring was not affected.
