摘  要:针对灯泡贯流式机组大波动时调节系统分段关闭的局限性,提出了实时控制策略,即通过关闭过程中实时的转速变化调整导叶与桨叶的开度及开关方向,使机组转速控制在合理状态,满足规范要求。在国内近百台贯流式机组上的应用表明,该方法十分可靠,可为类似水电站大波动时,转速控制策略不当而造成的各类事故处理提供借鉴。A real-time control strategy is proposed to address the limitations of segmented shutdown of the regulating system in bulb tubular units during large fluctuations.This strategy involves adjusting the opening and switch direction of the guide vanes and blades in real time through changes in speed during the shutdown process,in order to control the unit speed in a reasonable state and meet regulatory requirements.This method has been applied to nearly a hundred tubular units in China and has been proven to be very reliable.Considering the various accidents and malfunctions caused by improper speed control strategies during large fluctuations in hydropower stations,this article is written to provide readers with insights.
