摘 要:目的:通过研究翻白草不同部位提取物对常见致病菌的抗菌活性,筛选翻白草抗菌的活性部位,并揭示其发挥抗菌作用的活性成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取法获得翻白草不同部位提取物,采用微量稀释法开展抑菌活性研究,采用Spearman分析揭示各部位化学成分与抑菌活性的相关关系。结果:翻白草不同部位提取物中总黄酮和总酚含量差异显著,均以乙酸乙酯部位最高,正丁醇部位次之。抗菌活性结果表明,翻白草各部位提取物对受试菌株均具有抑菌效果,对革兰氏阳性细菌的抗菌效果优于革兰氏阴性细菌;不同部位提取物抗菌活性以乙酸乙酯部位最强,正丁醇部位次之,水部位最弱。相关性分析结果显示,总黄酮含量与所有受试菌株的抑菌活性呈显著相关,总酚含量仅与部分受试菌株的抑菌活性具有显著相关性。结论:翻白草不同部位提取物均具有一定的抗菌活性,其中以乙酸乙酯部位最强,且其发挥抑菌作用的活性成分为黄酮和酚类成分。研究结果为翻白草用于临床抗菌以及其药用价值的开发利用提供了理论依据。OBJECTIVE To screen the active antibacterial parts of Potentilla discolor Bunge(PDB)and reveal its active antibacterial components of extracts from different parts of PDB against common pathogenic bacteria.METHODS The solvent extractions were utilized for harvesting the extracts of PDB different parts.Microdilution method was employed for detecting the antibacterial activity.Spearman’s analysis was utilized for examining the correlation between chemical components and antibacte⁃rial activity.RESULTS The contents of total flavonoids and total phenols differed greatly in extracts of PDB different parts.Ethyl acetate fraction was the greatest,followed by n-butanol fraction.Antibacterial activity results indicated that all extracts from PDB different parts exhibited antibacterial potency against tested strains and antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria was bet⁃ter than Gram-negative bacteria.The antibacterial effects of extract from different parts were the strongest in ethyl acetate frac⁃tion,followed by n-butanol fraction and the weakest in water fraction.Correlation analysis revealed a significant correlation between the content of total flavonoids and the antibacterial effect of all tested strains.As for correlation between total phenols and antibacterial effect of tested strains,only part of them reached significant levels.CONCLUSION The extracts of PDB different parts possess antibacterial activities.And ethyl acetate fraction has the strongest antibacterial potency.Two active antibacterial components are flavonoids and phenols.This study provides theoretical rationales for the development and utilization of PDB for its clinical antibacterial potency and medicinal value.
