老年慢性失眠症治疗研究进展

摘　　要：慢性失眠症指的是每周>3 d且至少持续3个月的睡眠混乱,对患者的精神、心理、工作以及生活均有着一定的影响。慢性失眠症属于老年人较为常见的睡眠障碍,年龄>60岁的老年人出现慢性失眠症的概率大约是年轻人的2倍,且大约有50%的老年人存在一定程度的睡眠障碍。随着年龄的增长,患者神经系统会出现变性退化,再加上生活习惯、身体素质等多方面因素的影响,使其出现慢性失眠症的概率有所提升,对老年人的身心健康造成一定影响,且降低了其生活水平与质量。老年慢性失眠症患者的治疗方法有很多,不仅包括药物治疗,也有行为认知和物理治疗,均取得了一定的效果。本文对老年慢性失眠症的治疗研究进展进行综述,旨在为老年慢性失眠症的规范治疗提供参考。Chronic insomnia refers to more than three days a week and lasting at least three months of sleep disorder,which have a certain impact on the mental,psychological,work and life of patients.Chronic insomnia belongs to the common sleep disorders in the elderly,the probability of chronic insomnia occurring in elderly people over 60 years old is approximately twice that of young people,and about 50%of the elderly people exists a certain degree of sleep disorders.With the growth of age,the patient's nervous system will appear degeneration,coupled with the influence of living habits,physical quality and other factors,the probability of the occurrence of chronic insomnia of patients has increased,which has had a certain impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly,and has reduced their living standards and quality.There are many treatment methods for elderly patients with chronic insomnia,not only including drug therapy,also have cognitive behavioral cognitive and physical therapy,which have achieved a certain effect.This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of chronic insomnia in elderly,in order to provide reference for standard treatment of chronic insomnia in elderly.
