摘 要:研究使用活性炭对鼠尾草酸进行脱色的最优工艺。以脱色率和鼠尾草酸收率为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了活性炭添加量、脱色温度、脱色pH、脱色时间对脱色率和鼠尾草酸收率的影响。鼠尾草酸的最佳脱色工艺为活性炭添加量0.2%,脱色温度50℃,脱色pH 3.0,脱色时间15 min,在此条件下脱色率为25.02%,鼠尾草酸收率为94.62%。使用活性炭对鼠尾草酸进行脱色工艺可行,在确定的条件下可以获得较高的脱色率和鼠尾草酸(CA)收率。Study the optimal process for decolorization of carnosic acid using activated carbon. Using decolorization rate and carnosic acid yield as evaluation indicators, the effects of activated carbon addition, decolorization temperature, decolorization p H and decolorization time on decolorization rate and carnosic acid yield were studied through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimal decolorization process for carnosic acid was addition of 0.2% activated carbon,decolorization temperature of 50 ℃, decolorization pH of 3.0, and decolorization time of 15 minutes. Under the condition,the decolorization rate was 25.02%, and the carnosic acid yield was 94.62%. The use of activated carbon for decolorization of carnosic acid is feasible, and under certain conditions, high decolorization rate and yield of carnosic acid can be achieved.
