集束化护理应用于肺癌患者氩氦刀治疗术后的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理应用于肺癌患者氩氦刀治疗术后的价值。方法选取我院行氩氦刀治疗术治疗的94例肺癌患者为研究对象,案例纳入时间为2021年3月至2023年1月,采取随机数字表法分组,每组47例,参照组开展常规护理,研究组开展集束化护理。对比两组患者疼痛程度、并发症、疲乏程度及护理满意度。结果研究组疼痛程度评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组疲乏程度评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌患者氩氦刀治疗术后进行集束化护理干预,可取得有效的干预效果,积极减轻患者疼痛程度及减少并发症发生,利于提升其生活质量,减轻疲乏程度,进而可获得较高满意度。Objective To investigate the value of cluster nursing in patients with lung cancer after argon-helium knife treatment.Methods Ninetyfour patients with lung cancer who underwent argon-helium knife therapy in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The cases were included from March 2021 to January 2023,and were divided by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was provided with routine nursing,while the study group was provided with cluster nursing.The degree of pain,complications,fatigue and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).The fatigue degree score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing intervention in lung cancer patients after argon-helium knife treatment can achieve effective intervention effects,actively reduce the pain degree and complications of patients,improve their quality of life,reduce fatigue degree,and obtain higher satisfaction.
