摘　　要：Recently,two companion papers published in Nature reported a first-in-class tethered macrocyclic peptide antibiotic targeting carbapenem-resistant A.baumannii(CRAB)and unveiled their unique antibacterial mechanism,which involves disrupting outer membrane structures by targeting lipopolysaccharide(LPS)transporters.
