山西省早泄患者生活质量现状及影响因素初步分析

摘　　要：目的调查早泄患者生活质量现状,并分析其影响因素。方法本研究采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能量表、中文版简易心理弹性量表和中文版SF⁃36量表对310例早泄患者开展调查。结果早泄患者生理健康总评得分为(56.75±5.14),心理健康总评得分为(63.85±5.82),均低于国内常模,年龄、病程、性生活满意度、对疾病的了解程度、家庭月收入、一般自我效能与心理弹性是早泄患者生活质量的影响因素。结论早泄患者的生活质量较低。医护人员应采取针对性干预措施,提高早泄患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the current state of life quality in the patients with premature ejaculation and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used in the study,and a survey on 310 patients with premature ejaculation was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a general self⁃efficacy scale,a Chinese version of the Simplified Psychological Resilience Scale,and a Chinese version of the Quality of Life Scale.Results The overall physiological health score of patients with premature ejaculation was 56.75±5.14,and the overall psychological health score was 63.85±5.82,these two parameters were lower than the domestic norm.Age,disease course,sexual satisfaction and understanding of the disease,monthly family income,general self⁃efficacy,and psychological resilience were influencing factors for life quality of the patients with premature ejaculation.Conclusion The patients with premature ejaculation have a lower quality of life.Medical staffs should take intervention measures to improve the life quality of premature ejaculation patients.
