摘　　要：目的分析食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达及临床意义。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月收治食管鳞状细胞癌76例为研究对象,并且以癌旁正常组织为对照,免疫组织化学法测定EGFR,分析不同组织EGFR阳性表达情况及与患者病理特征和预后的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织EGFR阳性率72.4%(55/76)较癌旁正常组织27.6%(21/76)高(P<0.05)。不同浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移食管鳞状细胞癌组织EGFR阳性表达有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。EGFR高表达患者的总生存期和无病生存期均低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中,EGFR阳性率较高,且与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及预后生存等密切相关。Objective To analyze the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 76 patients with ESCC treated from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the adjacent normal tissues of the same patient were taken as the control.EGFR was determined by immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between positive expression of EGFR in different tissues and pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results The positive rate of EGFR in ESCC was 72.4%(55/76),which was higher than that of adjacent normal tissue[27.6%(21/76)](P<0.05).Positive expression of EGFR was different in ESCC patients with different invasion depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05,P<0.01).The overall survival and disease-free survival of patients with high EGFR expression were higher than those with low EGFR expression(P<0.05).Conclusion In ESCC,the positive rate of EGFR is high,and it is closely related to the depth of tumor invasion,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,prognosis and survival.
