摘　　要：红外热成像作为继X线、CT、MRI、超声之后的第5大影像学检查技术,近年来在医学领域发展迅速。中医研究者借助该技术对寒热敏感这一优势,从水火寒热的应象角度进行切入,分析了不同病症患者的阴阳应象特点,并以此分析其联合红外热成像技术的干预价值。中医阴阳应象理论联合红外热成像技术在肯定中国古代脏腑经络理论指导现代临床诊疗科学性的同时,也为中医阴阳理论提供了热代谢方面的客观参考依据。本文通过梳理近5年与红外热成像相关的研究资料,总结正常人体及各系统疾病患者体表寒热的分布特点,结合阴阳运动规律,具象中医阴阳理论,对红外热成像技术在中医领域的相关研究展开评述。As the fifth imaging technology after X-ray,CT,MRI and ultrasound,infrared thermography has developed rapidly in medical field in recent years.With the advantage of being sensitive to cold and heat,the researchers of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)analyzed Yin and Yang classification of natural phenomena in patients with different diseases,and based on this,analyzed the intervention value of its combination with infrared thermography.The combination of Yin and Yang classification of natural phenomena and infrared thermography in TCM affirms that the theory of Zang-Fu and meridian in TCM is scientific in guiding modern clinical diagnosis and treatment,which also provides an objective reference for the theory of Yin-Yang in TCM on heat metabolism.By combing the relevant research data of infrared thermography in the past 5 years,this paper summarizes the distribution characteristics of cold and heat on the body surface of normal people and patients with diseases of various systems,combines the law of Yin-Yang movement with the theory of Yin-Yang in TCM,and reviews the research of infrared thermography in the field of TCM.
