摘 要:轮胎侧偏角的辨识与调控是汽车稳定性控制的关键技术,基于轮胎接地特性来辨识估算轮胎侧偏角是一种新的方法。通过搭建面向胎内多传感器的智能轮胎开发平台,并开展侧偏试验分析基于接地信号的轮胎侧偏特征。首先明确智能轮胎开发平台的功能及设计要求,搭建系统架构并进行硬件选型,其中胎内传感器包括3个三轴加速度计和3个压电薄膜传感器。其次开发了专用轮辋总成和基于美国NI cRIO的数据采集器,软件基于LabVIEW开发并实现了多通道数据同步和大数据流管控等。最后在Flat Trac台架上进行系统的轮胎侧偏试验。分析发现,在侧偏角达到±3°时加速度计(量程500g)均出现超量程现象,其信号频率主要集中在500~1000 Hz;轮胎中心平面位置加速度计250 Hz内的信号对侧偏角不敏感,但偏离轮胎中心平面其他位置的传感器信号敏感,特别是胎侧位置的径向加速度,其2个尖峰与侧偏角显著相关;轮胎中心平面位置的接地长度与垂直载荷、胎压相关,而与侧偏角无关,但偏离轮胎中心平面其他位置的接地长度对侧偏角敏感,并且垂直载荷越大、胎压越低则影响越明显。开发的智能轮胎开发平台为轮胎接地机理与轮胎侧偏角估算等研究提供了有效手段。The identification and control of tire slip angle is the key technology of vehicle stability control,and identification and estimation of tire slip angle based on tire grounding characteristics is a new method.An intelligent tire development platform with multi-sensors was constructed and the tire cornering characteristics based on ground signal were analyzed by cornering test.Firstly,the function and design requirements of the intelligent tire development platform were clarified,and then the system architecture and hardware selection were built.The tire sensors include three tri-axial accelerometers and three piezoelectric film sensors.Secondly,the special rim assembly and the data acquisition device based on NI cRIO were developed.The software was developed and realized based on LabVIEW for multi-channel data synchronization and large data flow control.Finally,the tire cornering test was carried out on the Flat Trac platform.Through the analysis of the sensor signal,When the slip angle reached±3°,the accelerometer(range 500g)had an over-range phenomenon,and the signal frequency is concentrate in 500-1000 Hz.The signal of the accelerometer in the center plane of the tire is not sensitive to the slip angle within 250 Hz,but has obvious effect on the other position sensors deviating from the tire center plane.Especially the radial acceleration waveform of the side position of the tire,the two peaks of the waveform is significantly related to the slip angle.The grounding length at the center plane of the tire is related to the vertical load and tire pressure,but not to the slip angle.However,the grounding length deviating from other positions of the tire center plane is sensitive to the slip angle,and when the vertical load is larger or the tire pressure is lower,the slip angle affects the grounding length more obviously.The intelligent tire development platform developed provides an effective means for the study of tire grounding mechanism and tire slip angle estimation.
