摘 要:本文基于Hyperworks软件对某车后背门模态、刚度进行分析,为后背门的结构优化提供了一定的理论依据。具体分析了车后背门的模态特性,并对求解的结果进行研究,分析各阶振型,对模态结果进行评价;根据车后背门的静力学要求,对后背门施加特定的载荷及约束,从而分析后背门的扭转、弯曲刚度,并根据各个刚度标准对各类刚度结果进行评价。This paper conducts a modal and stiffness analysis of a certain vehicle’s rear door based on Hyperworks software,providing a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of the rear door.It specifically analyzes the modal characteristics of the rear door,studies the results obtained,analyzes the modes of vibration,and evaluates the modal results.Based on the static requirements of the rear door,specific loads and constraints are applied to analyze the torsional and bending stiffness of the rear door,and the stiffness results are evaluated according to various stiffness standards.
