摘  要:综述了国内外在逐步限制多氟及全氟烷基物质(PFAS)化学品应用范围背景下,无氟型聚酰亚胺(Fluorine-free polyimide, FFPI)材料的研究与开发现状。从PFAS禁令的发展状况、含氟型聚酰亚胺(FPI)在现代高技术领域中的应用现状以及针对PFAS禁令的FFPI研发现状等角度进行了阐述。重点综述了基于脂环族单体以及无氟芳香族单体的FFPI材料的研究与应用进展。对FFPI材料未来发展趋势进行了展望。The current research and application status of fluorine-free polyimides(FFPIs)under the circumstance of poly-and per-fluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)control act have been reviewed.The developing status of PFAS control act,the application status of fluorine-containing polyimides(FPIs)in the high-tech fields,and the research and development of FFPIs were mainly introduced.Emphatically,the progress on the research and development of the FFPIs based on alicyclic monomers,fluorine-free aromatic monomers were presented.At last,the futuredeveloping trends of FFPIs were prospected.
