摘　　要：介绍了中国首条连续平压胶合板生产线工艺流程,并从单板制备、干燥、拼接、修补、施胶、组坯,到板坯热压,再到素板砂光、裁切、产品深加工等环节对其设计路线、设备工作原理进行了概括地阐述。This article mainly introduced the process flowsheet of the first continuous press production line of plywood in China.The design and working principle of the production line were preliminarily discussed from preparation,drying,splicing,repair,gluing and assembly of the veneers to hot pressing of slab,sanding,cutting and deep processing of plywood product.
