摘  要:以MDI为胶黏剂制备防潮刨花板,研究刨花板密度、表层施胶量及防水剂种类对刨花板防潮性能的影响。结果表明,24h吸水厚度膨胀率随着刨花板密度的增加先降低后升高,其影响力要小于表层施胶量及防水剂。当刨花板24h吸水厚度膨胀率大于15%时,提高表层施胶量对防潮性能的提升效果明显,且成本提升有限;当24h吸水厚度膨胀率低于15%时,防水剂种类起决定性作用,提高施胶量性价比较低。含石蜡类的防水剂效果随粒径大小变化,粒径越小防水剂的分散效果越好,相同工艺条件下的刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率越低;非石蜡类的防水剂在低用量即有较好的防潮效果。The effects of density,glue amount and type of water repellent on moisture resistance of particleboard were studied.The results showed that expansion rate of 24 h water absorption thickness decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of particleboard density,and its influence was less than that of glue amount and water repellent.When the expansion rate of 24 h water absorption thickness of particleboard was greater than 15%,glue amount had an obvious effect on the moisture resistance.When the expansion rate of 24 h water absorption thickness was less than 15%,the type of water repellent played a decisive role.The effect of water repellent containing paraffin varied with the particle size,the smaller the particle size,the better the dispersion effect of water repellent,and the lower expansion rate under the same process conditions.Non-paraffin water repellent agents had better moisture resistance effect at low dosage,but limited by cost.
