璇玑穴探源析意及应用

摘　　要：璇玑穴系三才穴之一,应用甚广,特别是对心胸部及免疫系统疾患疗效较佳。从璇玑的本源出发,结合璇玑穴的临床和解剖特点,全面深入地分析璇玑穴的内涵,认为璇玑穴的命名主要来源于“璇玑玉衡”“璇玑浑仪”“璇玑玉器”,其穴意在“旋转”“中正”“居高”“滋润”,蕴含“斗运天机运身”之功,本穴定位在胸腺体表投影点,并通过胸廓内动、静脉直接与胸腺相通,故认为功能主治和胸腺密切相关。As one of the Sancai acupoints,Xuanji(RN21)acupoint is widely used,especially for cardiothoracic and immune system diseases.Starting from the origin of Xuanji(RN21),combining with the clinical and anatomical characteristics of Xuanji(RN21),this paper comprehensively and deeply analyzed the connotation of Xuanji(RN21).It is believed that the naming of Xuanji acupoint mainly comes from"Xuanji Yuheng","Xuanji Hunyi",and"Xuanji Yuqi".Its acupoints are intended to"rotate","center upright","occupy high",and"nourish",containing the function of"Douyun Tianji Yunshen".This acupoint is located at the projection point on the surface of the thymus and is directly connected to the thymus through the internal arteries and veins of the chest.Therefore,it is believed that its functional indications are closely related to the thymus.
