摘　　要：随着人们生活、工作节奏的加快,生活压力的增大,乳腺良性肿瘤发病率逐年升高。当乳腺良性肿瘤达到手术标准时,应积极治疗,手术时机应避开孕期或者哺乳期。传统手术易遗留瘢痕,影响术后乳腺美观,尤其对于多发肿瘤患者,其术后乳腺美观满意度较差。为此非哺乳期乳腺良性肿瘤应在治愈疾病的同时,更加追求个体化、微创化和形体美观。乳腺良性肿瘤微创治疗方式主要包括腔镜下微创治疗、旋切治疗和消融治疗。微创治疗有效减少了对正常乳腺组织的损伤,且达到了美观需求,成为治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的发展趋势。With the acceleration of the pace of people's lives and work and the increase of life pressure,the incidence of benign breast tumors has increased year by year.When benign breast tumors meet the surgical standard,they should be actively treated,and the timing of the operation should be avoided during the period of the operation.Traditional surgery is prone to scarring,which affects the aesthetics of the breast after surgery.Especially for patients with multiple tumors,the satisfaction of the aesthetics of the breast is poor.For this reason,benign breast tumors in non-lactation should pursue more individualization,minimally invasiveness and physical beauty while healing diseases.The minimally invasive treatment of benign breast tumors mainly includes minimally invasive treatment under laparoscopy,rotary cutting treatment and ablation treatment.Minimally invasive treatment effectively reduces damage to normal breast tissue and meets aesthetic needs,becoming a development trend in the treatment of benign breast tumors.
