摘 要:为研究振动成型对沥青稳定碎石基层(ATB)路用性能的影响,首先采用主骨料空隙填充法(CAVF法)对ATB的级配进行设计,比较干涉系数和松装间隙率对ATB性能的影响,优选ATB级配并确定最佳沥青用量;然后采用低温小梁弯曲试验、单轴压缩试验、贯入式重复加载试验、水稳定性试验评价振动成型ATB的低温性能、强度、高温性能和抗水损害性能,并与相同级配和沥青用量击实成型ATB的性能进行对比。最后研究级配最大粒径的变化对振动成型ATB性能的影响。研究结果表明:CAVF法设计的ATB结构密实,具备良好的性能;采用振动成型的ATB具有良好的路用性能,且总体性能要优于采用击实成型的ATB;设计ATB级配时,为保证良好的路用性能,最大粒径不宜超过31.5 mm。In order to study the influence of vibration forming on road performance of asphalt stabilized macadam base(ATB),the course aggregate void filling(CAVF)is used to design the gradation of ATB,the influence of interference coefficient and loose packing clearance ratio on the performance of ATB are compared,and the gradation of ATB is optimized and the optimal asphalt volume is determined.Then the low temperature bending test of small beam test,uniaxial compression tests,penetration repeated loading test and water stability test are designed to evaluate the low temperature performance,strength,high temperature performance and water stability performance of ATB,and compared with the same gradation and asphalt content ATB fabricated by compaction molding method.Finally,the influence of the change of gradation maximum particle size on the performance of vibration-formed ATB is analyzed.The results show that ATB designed by CAVF method is dense and has good performance.ATB formed by vibration method has good road performance and overall performance is better than ATB formed by compaction method.When designing the gradation of ATB,in order to ensure good road performance,the maximum particle size should not exceed 31.5 mm.
