摘　　要：综合运用生存分析等研究方法,对行业工作经历对分析师职业竞争力的影响进行实证检验。研究发现,行业工作经历会对分析师在职业起点形成一定不利影响,但对其实现向上职业流动具有积极作用。在职业生存能力及预测表现等方面,行业工作经历对分析师职业表现并无显著影响。进一步分析发现,具有行业工作经历的分析师跟踪有利于降低股价同步性,更多反映公司异质信息,对提高资本市场定价效率有一定积极影响。整体而言,现行证券公司在行业准入方面对分析师行业工作经历或存在一定低估。Using the survival analysis method,this paper empirically studies the impact of industry experience on the professional competitiveness of the analysts.Research findings show that the industry experience has a negative influence on the profession start point of the analysts,but a positive influence on their realization of professional progression.For the professional viability and anticipated performance,the industry experience has no significant impact the professional performance of analysts.Further analysis finds that the tracking of analysts with industry experience can be conducive to reducing the synchronization of stock price and reflecting more heterogeneous information of the firms,which has some positive impact on the improvement of pricing efficiency in the capital market.On the whole,the current access preferences of securities companies may underestimate the industry experience of the analysts to some degree.
