摘 要:潜在危害的储粮害虫大黑粉盗Cynaeus angustus研究缺乏,掌握其磷化氢耐受力有助于科学治理。采用快速击倒和FAO推荐方法测定了磷化氢对大黑粉盗的KT_(50)值和毒力方程,并与赤拟谷盗Tribolium castaneum和锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestes ferrugineus进行了比较,测定了100、200、300、400、500 mL/m^(3)磷化氢体积分数下3种害虫卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫不同时间的死亡率。磷化氢对大黑粉盗、赤拟谷盗和锈赤扁谷盗的KT 50值分别为7、127、3736 min,相应毒力方程斜率值(b)为3.67、8.28和9.94,相应LC 50值为0.008、1.34和5.88 mg/L。不同害虫虫态在100~500 mL/m^(3)下的半数致死时间LT 50值于大黑粉盗卵为4~2 h、幼虫4~1 h、蛹4~1 h、成虫3~1 h,于赤拟谷盗为卵12~5 d、幼虫11~5 d、蛹13~7 d、成虫10~4 d,于锈赤扁谷盗为卵28~13 d、幼虫为18~9 d,蛹26~11 d,成虫17~9 d。相应的完全致死时间(LT_(100))于大黑粉盗卵为21~6 h、幼虫8~3 h、蛹9~6 h、成虫5~3 h,于赤拟谷盗卵为21~18 d、幼虫21~15 d、蛹27~18 d、成虫21~12 d,于锈赤扁谷盗卵为54~30 d、幼虫42~30 d、蛹48~30 d、成虫36~25 d。所测大黑粉盗为磷化氢敏感品系,其各虫态对磷化氢的耐受力为卵>蛹>幼虫>成虫,其耐受力远小于赤拟谷盗和锈赤扁谷盗磷化氢抗性品系。There is no information on research of large black flour beetle,Cynaeus angustus,a potential insect of stored grain.Knowing the tolerance to phosphine fumigation of this insect is benefit to the scientific management.The median knock-down time(KT_(50))and the toxicity data of C.angustus was determined by knockdown method and resistance measurement method recommended by FAO,and compared with the phosphine-resistant strains of Tribolium castaneum and Cryptolestes ferrugineus correspondingly.The mortality in process and full mortality of eggs,larvae,pupae and adults for all three species were determined when phosphine concentration at 100,200,300,400 mL/m^(3) and 500 mL/m^(3).The KT_(50) values of phosphine were 7,127 min and 3736 min to C.angustus,T.castaneum,and C.ferrugineus.The slope b values in the toxicity regression equation were 3.67,8.28 and 9.94,and the LC_(50) values were 0.008,1.34 mg/L and 5.88 mg/L,relatively.The LT_(50) values of phosphine at 100,200,300,400 mL/m^(3) and 500 mL/m^(3) were 4~2 h for egg stage of C.angustus,4~1 h for larvae,4~1 h for pupae,and 3~1 h for adults.LT 50 values were 12~5 d for egg stage of T.castaneum,11~5 d for the larvae,13~7 d for the pupae,and 10~4 d for the adults.LT_(50) values were 28~13 d for egg stage of C.ferrugineus,18~9 d for the larvae,26~11 d for the pupae,and 17~9 d for the adults.The complete lethal time(LT_(100))values were 21~6 h for egg stage of C.angustus,8~3 h for larvae,9~6 h for pupae,and 5~3 h for adults.The LT_(100) values were 21~18 d for egg stage of T.castaneum,21~15 d for the larvae,27~18 d for the pupae,and 21~12 d for the adults.The LT_(100) values were 54~30 for egg stage of C.ferrugineus,42~30 d for the larvae,48~30 d for the pupae,and 36~25 d for the adults.The tested C.angustus population was a susceptible strain,and the tolerance arrangement to phosphine of different stages was egg>pupa>larvae>adult.The tolerance to phosphine of C.angustus was significantly low compared with resistant strains of T.castaneum and C.ferrugineus.
