摘 要:以培养“厚基础、高素养、能创新、敢创业”的高质量创新人才为目标,将专业教育、德育教育与创新创业教育相结合,在“专德创”融通嵌合的基础上,通过优化培养方案、完善课程设置、搭建思政教学链、融通思政育人体系、开展进阶式实验教学及项目孵化库建设、创新教学模式及产教融合模式等多措并举,构建了生物工程专业创新人才培养模式,并对该模式的建设成效进行评估。基于“专德创”融合的创新人才培养模式,本文旨在为高校相关专业人才培养模式改革提供借鉴参考,以拓宽创新人才培养路径,实现人才培养的迭代优化。To cultivate high-quality innovative talents characterized by“solid foundation,high quality,innovation capability,and entrepreneurship spirit”,this work integrated professional education,moral education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The diversified innovative talent cultivation model for bioengineering major was established based on the integration of“specialty,virtue and innovation”through optimizing the training program,improving course arrangements,constructing a chain of ideological and political teaching to integrated the system of ideological and political education,carrying out advanced experimental teaching and establishing a project incubation library,innovating teaching methods and industry-education integration models.The effectiveness of the diversified innovative talent cultivation model has been evaluated.It can provide reference for cultivation reforms of related majors in universities,broaden the pathways for cultivating innovative talents,and achieve iterative optimization of talent cultivation.
