摘　　要：为了研究阻燃剂对温拌沥青混合料温拌性能的影响,选用3种阻燃剂(XT-1型阻燃剂、JL-00112型阻燃剂和JL-0323型阻燃剂)对3种温拌剂(XT-YW2型温拌剂、JL-0343型温拌剂和JL-032温拌剂)橡胶沥青进行复合改性,通过沥青3大指标试验和沥青黏度测试,针对每种温拌剂,初步选定一种对沥青性能影响最小的阻燃剂,用于制备对应的阻燃温拌复合改性橡胶沥青混合料。采用马歇尔击实试验对阻燃温拌橡胶沥青混合料进行拌和压实性能检测,以体积参数和稳定度定量评价不同阻燃剂对温拌橡胶沥青混合料的温拌性能。确定了阻燃剂和温拌剂的最优组合用于实体沥青路面工程,并对混合料温拌效果和工程效益进行了分析。In order to study the effect of flame retardant on the mixing performance of warm mix asphalt mixture,three flame retardants(XT-1flame retardant,JL-00112flame retardant,and JL-0323flame retardant)are selected in this paper.Three kinds of the warm mix(XT-YW2warm mixture,JL-0343warm mix,and JL-032warm mixture)are compounded to modify rubber asphalt and to carry out the asphalt three index and asphalt viscosity test.For each warm mixture,a flame retardant with the least impact on asphalt performance is preliminarily selected to prepare the corresponding flame-retardant warm mix composite modified rubber asphalt mixture.Marshall compaction test is used to test the mixing and compaction performance of flame retardant warm mix rubber asphalt.The warm mix performance of different flame retardants to warm mix rubber asphalt is quantitatively evaluated by volume parameters and stability.The optimal combination of flame retardant and the warm mixing agent is determined and used in project practice of an asphalt pavement project,and the warm mixing effect and engineering benefits are analyzed.
