摘 要:从18世纪的玻璃义眼开始,义眼的制作材料及工艺不断改进,以期给患者更好的外观及佩戴体验。随着技术发展,3D打印与计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)、材料制造等技术相结合为义眼的设计、制作等全流程带来了新的思路。在虹膜定位和颜色确定方面,3D打印义眼有着更为准确的外观。结合CAD技术及眼窝扫描等技术,3D打印义眼能够提供更精确的外形,与传统义眼相比,缩短了义眼定制时间,减少人力投入。Starting with the glass prosthetics from 18th century,ocular prosthesis has been continuously improved in terms of materials and craftsmanship,in order to provide better appearance and wearing experience for patients.With the development of technology,the combination of three-dimensional printing(3D printing)with computer-aided design(CAD),material manufacturing and other technologies has brought new ideas to the entire process of ocular prosthesis design and production.In terms of iris localization and color determination,3D printed ocular prosthesis has a more accurate appearance.By combining CAD technology and eye socket scanning technology,3D printed prostheses can provide a more accurate appearance.Compared with traditional prostheses,it shortens the customization time and reduces labor investment.
