摘　　要：世界马克思主义政党领导人尤为关注中国共产党执政能力的塑造与提升之道,他们指出:中国共产党推进党的自我革命,始终保持着生机、活力与旺盛的生命力;坚持以史为鉴,不断总结历史经验和教训,使中国共产党治国理政吸收了厚重的历史智慧;不断推进马克思主义理论创新和实践创新,实现党的指导思想的不断创造、更新和丰富,使党的理想信念更加坚定;贯穿历史、当代和未来,中国共产党的治国理政汲取了广阔的空间资源和丰厚的传统文化资源,不断夯实着中国共产党执政能力和水平建设的文化底蕴;既推进党内民主建设,又坚持做到“两个维护”和党的集中统一领导,构成了中国共产党执政能力塑造与提升之道的重要内容。从世界马克思主义政党领导人的视角进行分析,有助于丰富我们研究中国共产党执政能力建设的国际视野。Leaders of world Marxist parties have particularly focused on how the Communist Party of China(CPC)shapes and enhances its governing capacity.They point out that the CPC by advancing its self-revolu-tion has consistently maintained its vitality,vigor and strong life force.Taking history as a mirror and drawing historical lessons,the CPC has incorporated substantial historical wisdom into its governance.It has persistently promoted theoretical and practical innovations in Marxism and achieved continuous creation,renewal and en-richment of its guiding ideology,thereby strengthening its ideals and beliefs.From the past to the present and the future,it has absorbed extensive spatial resources and rich traditional cultural resources,continually reinfor-cing the cultural foundation of its governing capacity and level.The simultaneous promotion of intra-party de-mocracy and adherence to the"Two Upholds"and the Party's centralized and unified leadership constitute cru-cial elements of the approaches to shaping and enhancing its governing capacity.The analyses from the per-spective of world Marxist party leaders are conductive to enlarging the international perspectives on the study of how the CPC raises its governance capacity.
