摘 要:目的 根据检测结果分析MPLC患者与non-MPLC患者基因突变的差异,探寻MPLC是否存在特异性肺癌相关基因突变,以及寻找更适于MPLC临床诊断及治疗的方式。方法 回顾性地对122例接受了手术治疗并进行了NGS基因检测的患者(MPLC组与non-MPLC组各61例患者)进行基因数据统计和分析,研究2组患者肺癌相关基因突变的差异性。结果 2组患者在多个肺癌相关基因突变中存在差异。MPLC组KRAS及NF1基因突变率高于non-MPLC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);non-MPLC组EGFR基因突变率高于MPLC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EGFR基因第19外显子缺失突变率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 MPLC组与non-MPLC组患者在肺癌相关基因突变检测中存在明显突变率差异,可为临床区分和诊治MPLC与non-MPLC提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the differences in gene mutations between MPLC patients and non-MPLC patients based on the gene test results,and to explore whether there are specific lung cancer related gene mutations in MPLC and to find more suitable methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of MPLC.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the genetic data of 122 patients(61 patients in the MPLC group and 61 patients in the non-MPLC group)who received surgical treatment and NGS gene testing,and statistically analyzed the differences in lung cancer related gene mutations between the two groups of patients.Results There were differences in multiple lung cancer related gene mutations between the two groups of patients.The proportion of KRAS and NF1 gene mutations in the MPLC group was significantly higher than that in the non MPLC group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The proportion of EGFR gene mutations in the non MPLC group was significantly higher than that in the MPLC group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05),especially the deletion mutation rate of exon 19 of EGFR gene was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions There are significant differences in the mutation rates of lung cancer-related gene between patients in the MPLC group and non-MPLC group.It can provide reference for clinical differentiation,diagnosis and treatment of MPLC and non-MPLC.
