摘 要:针对船用起重机在海上作业时,受到耦合激励致使吊重难以定位的问题,将具有半主动控制特性的磁流变阻尼器引入船用起重机防摆领域,设计一种机械结构简单、阻尼连续可调且响应速度快的机械防摆装置。针对特定的船舶工况设计了磁流变阻尼器,仿真验证了磁流变阻尼器磁路设计的合理性。建立船-起重机-吊点-防摆装置-吊重的三维动力学模型。基于ADAMS搭建虚拟样机并联合MATLAB进行仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。结果表明:该防摆装置对吊重的摆动有良好的抑制效果,在设定海况下,吊重在面内摆动幅度减小85%,吊重在面外摆动幅度减小87%。研究成果可为船用起重机机械防摆提供参考。Aiming at the problems that marine cranes are difficult to locate due to coupling incentives when operating at sea.The magnetorheological damper(MRD)with semi-active control characteristics is introduced into the field of marine crane anti-swing,and a mechanical anti-sway device with simple mechanical structure,continuously adjustable damping and fast response is designed.The MRD is designed for specific ship conditions,and the rationality of the magnetic circuit design of the MRD is verified by the simulation.The three-dimensional dynamic model of ship-crane-lifting point-anti-swing device-payload is established.Based on ADAMS,the virtual prototype is built and simulated with MATLAB,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.The results show that the anti-swing device has good effect on the anti-swing of the payload,under the set sea conditions,the swing amplitude of the lifting load in-plane decreases by 85%and the swing amplitude of the lifting loadoff-plane decreases by 87%.The research results can provide new references for reducing the mechanical swing of marine cranes.
