摘　　要：厕所是人们日常生活中必不可少的组成部分,但该话题一直被文明社会视为庸俗而不愿讨论。现代艺术家杜尚通过展品男性小便池重新挑战艺术的定义,以此探寻艺术和非艺术的界限。由马桶、小便池和厕所的卫生发展史叙述中,可见物、人和环境之间的交互关系。在艺术史中,如厕主题如同图像、材料、技术和空间的一个切片,反映出文化史、社会史、科技史等多领域知识融合的思想理念。Toilet is an essential part of people's daily life,but the topic has been regarded as vulgar and reluctant to discuss in a civilized society.The modern artist Duchamp re-challenged the definition of art through the male urinal,and expanded the boundary between art and non-art.In the narrative of the history of sanitary development of toilets,urinals,and latrines,the interactive relationship between objects,people,and the environment has surfaced.In the art history,toilet theme is a slice of image,material,technology and space,reflecting the fusion of cultural history,social history,science and technology history and other fields of knowledge.
