摘　　要：随着对线粒体综合征性耳聋的认识和研究,线粒体综合征性耳聋已经成为一种可治疗的疾病,佩戴助听器和人工耳蜗植入是目前主流的治疗方法。但与线粒体综合征性耳聋患者人工耳蜗植入的相关研究报道较少。我们总结分析了目前国内外线粒体综合征性耳聋患者人工耳蜗植入的相关文献,对人工耳蜗植入术后的效果予以综述,为临床诊治及研究提供帮助。Mitochondrial disease and sensorineural hearing loss have a certain correlation.With the understanding and research of mitochondrial sensorineural hearing loss,mitochondrial sensorineural hearing loss has become a treatable disease,wearing hearing aids and cochlear implantation is the mainstream treatment.However,there are few reports on cochlear implantation in patients with mitochondrial sensorineural hearing loss.This article summarizes and analyzes the current domestic and foreign literature reports related to cochlear implantation in patients with syndromic mitochondrial sensorineural hearing loss,and reviews the effect after cochlear implantation,providing help for further clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research.
