摘　　要：房地产市场多智能体系统建模仿真研究主要探索了在复杂房地产市场环境中,如何通过构建和模拟多智能体系统,实现对房地产市场动态的精准预测。该研究结合了经济学、计算机科学和人工智能等领域的理论知识,提出了一种全新的房地产市场预测模型。通过对多个房地产市场实例的仿真实验,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。该研究为房地产市场的决策者提供了一种新的决策工具,有助于更好地了解和应对市场变化。The research on modeling and simulation of multi-agent systems in the real estate market mainly explores how to accurately predict the dynamics of the real estate market by constructing and simulating multi-agent systems in complex real estate market environments.This study combines theoretical knowledge from fields such as economics,computer science,and artificial intelligence to propose a novel real estate market prediction model.The effectiveness and feasibility of the model are verified through simulation experiments on multiple real estate market examples.This study provides a new decision-making tool for decision-makers in the real estate market,which helps them better understand and respond to market changes.
