摘 要:20m以内预应力钢束的张拉质量控制一直是一个技术难题,施工过程中,普遍存在张拉关键指标超出规范要求的现象。本文通过研究短束预应力张拉过程中的张拉控制应力的确定、理论伸长值的计算、张拉工艺的设计和张拉设备的选型等关键工序和设备,并在工程实际中进行了实践应用,总结出20m以内短束预应力张拉的质量控制关键措施和方案,实现保证张拉质量、提高桥梁的安全性和耐久性的目的,也可为短束预应力张拉控制提供参考。The quality control of tensioning of prestressed steel strands within 20m has always been a technical challenge,and there is a common phenomenon of key tensioning indicators exceeding the specification requirements during the construction process.This article studies key processes and equipment such as determining the tension control stress,calculating the theoretical elongation value,designing the tensioning process,and selecting the tensioning equipment during the process of short beam prestressed tensioning.It has been applied in engineering practice and summarizes key quality control measures and plans for short beam prestressed tensioning within 20m,achieving the goal of ensuring tensioning quality,improving the safety and durability of bridges,and also providing reference for short beam prestressed tensioning control.
