摘 要:为探寻网络集群行为背后参与个体或群体所表象或内隐的情感元素,进而分析网络集群行为力量释放之源,把控网络集群行为发生、发展和消亡的轨迹,区分“情感唤起、情感激励、情感效力”等三个维度,以相关典型舆情事件为案例,从“情感级别、情感聚焦、情感指向、情感投入、情感转换、情感反应”等要素实证分析集群行为背后网民的心理变化和情感过程,并从网民个体情感纾解层面提出网络集群行为的分析视角和调控策略。In order to explore the apparent or implicit emotional elements of the participating individuals or groups behind the network cluster behavior,and then analyze the source of the release of the behavioral power of the network cluster,control the trajectory of the occurrence,development and extinction of the network cluster behavior,distinguish the three dimensions of"emotional arousal,emotional stimulation and emotional effectiveness",taking relevant typical public opinion events as cases,from the factors of"emotion level,emotion focus,emotion direction,emotion investment,emotion conversion,emotion response",this paper empirically analyzes the psychological changes and emotional processes of Internet users behind the cluster behavior,and puts forward the analysis perspective and regulation strategy of network cluster behavior from the level of individual emotion relief of Internet users.
