摘　　要：为研究顾客在押金制度下参考质量/价格对制造商定价决策的影响,构建了以制造商利润最大化为目标的产品定价模型。运用斯坦伯格博弈理论和最优化方法求出产品最优定价,通过解析方法和数值分析方法分别进行了灵敏度分析及模型比较。结果表明,参考价格/质量效应下再制造品的接受程度、产品的耐用性及押金等参数影响了制造商的最优利润,决定了制造商是否采用押金制度;制造商利润随着参考质量效应程度的增加而减少,随着参考价格效应程度的增加而增加;合理使用押金制度下参考价格效应可使制造商达到更高的期望利润。To investigate the effect of customers'reference quality/price on the manufacturer's pricing decisions in a deposit-based system,a product pricing model was developed with the goal of maximizing the manufacturer's profit.The optimal product pricing was obtained by using Stackelberg game theory and optimization methods,and sensitivity analysis and model comparisons were conducted through analytical and numerical approaches.The results show that the acceptance of remanufactured products,product durability,and deposit parameters under the reference price/quality effect affect the manufacturer's optimal profit,and determine whether the manufacturer adopts a deposit-based system.Manufacturer profit decreases as the degree of reference quality effect increases,and increases as the degree of reference price effect increases.The rational use of reference price effect in a deposit-based system can enable the manufacturer to achieve higher expected profit.
