摘　　要：随着制造业服务化的推广,产品服务系统(PSS)越发受到各国制造商的重视,且产品服务供应链的应运而生对于服务制造商针对供应链的管理更是呈现出良好的势态。产品服务供应链绩效的评价对具体的决策实施具有重要意义,文章在引文数据库Web of Science的文献大数据支持下,基于软件CiteSpace的文献数据可视化功能,通过分析关键词共现网络和关键词节点信息等方式,构建了关于产品服务供应链绩效评价的指标体系,并验证了该指标构建方法的有效性。最后,采用层次分析法以国内XX公司为案例,对体系中各指标重要性进行了判断。With the promotion of manufacturing servitization,product service system(PSS)is more and more valued by manufacturers in various countries,and the emergence of product service supply chain has shown a good trend for manufacturers'management of supply chain.Therefore,with the support of the literature big data of the citation database Web of Science,based on the literature data visualization function of the software CiteSpace,this paper constructs an index system for the performance evaluation of the product service supply chain and verifies the effectiveness of the index construction method by analyzing the keyword co-occurrence network and keyword node information.Finally,the analytic hierarchy method is used to judge the importance of each index in the system by taking domestic XX companies as a case.
