摘　　要：基于“双碳”重要目标实现与物流行业发展转型的人才需要变化,通过对绿色物流,教学改革的相关研究进行前沿热点追踪与共现聚类分析。得出绿色物流研究变化特点与教学改革热点,设计了物流管理本科实践教学改革的路径分化。为改进培养高素质绿色物流人才的实践教学路径,优化绿色物流人才培养方案提供参考和启发,助力增强绿色物流发展内生动力。Based on the changes in the talent needs for the realization of the important goal of"double carbon"and the transformation of the logistics industry,through tracking the frontier hotspots and co-occurrence cluster analysis of the relevant research on green logistics and teaching reform,the characteristics of the changes in green logistics research and teaching reform hotspots are derived,and the differentiation of the paths of practical teaching reform for undergraduate logistics management is designed.It provides reference and inspiration for improving the practical teaching path of cultivating high-quality green logistics talents and optimizing the training program of green logistics talents,and helps enhance the endogenous momentum of green logistics development.
