摘  要:未来学习中心是高校图书馆与元宇宙、数字孪生以及人工智能等信息技术有机融合衍生的新模式和新业态。为了解用户对未来学习中心的认知及态度,本研究通过半结构化访谈获取原始数据资料,借助扎根理论对原始文本数据进行二次加工和编码分析,最终凝练出高校图书馆用户未来学习中心采纳意愿影响因素以及基于“认知-技术-环境”的用户采纳意愿分析框架。研究结果显示,高校图书馆用户未来学习中心采纳意愿主要受到认知因素、技术因素和环境因素的影响,其中认知因素是基础因素,技术因素是推动因素,环境因素是促进因素。以此为基础,提出了加强用户情感关怀、强化技术服务与应用以及做好宣传推广的对策与建议。Future Learning Centers represent an innovative model and commercial venture emergent from the seamless fusion of academic libraries with cutting-edge information technologies such as the metaverse digital twins and artificial intelligence.To delineate user perceptions and attitudes towards these centers this study gathers primary data via semi-structured interviews utilizing grounded theory to process and analyze the transcripts thus distilling the determinants influencing usersadoption intention of Future Learning Centers.An analytical framework grounded in theCognition-Technology-Environment triad is developed to interpret user adoption willingness.The investigation reveals that the propensity of academic library patrons to adopt Future Learning Centers is significantly influenced by cognitive technological and environmental factors.Cognitive factors serve as the cornerstone technological factors provide impetus and environmental factors act as catalysts.On this basis the paper suggests strategic interventions that focus on enhancing user empathy the augmentation of technological service provisions and effective communication campaigns.
