“双减”政策下教培机构及其教师转型发展策略探析

摘  要:在“双减”政策背景下,要求全面减少义务教育阶段学生的校外培训负担,教培机构面临整改和严管,教师也面临转型发展。对于教培机构及其教师来说,如何明确转型发展的方向与途径,进一步顺利实现转型发展,是一个非常严峻且值得研究的问题。本文参考了相关文献资料,分别围绕素质类培训、成人+职业教育、研学旅游、科技赋能智慧教育、课后服务以及其他领域等转型方向,对教培机构及其教师转型发展的途径与策略进行说明,希望能够起到一定的参考和推广价值,为解决“双减”政策背景下教培机构及其教师的困境做出一定贡献。In the context of the"double reduction"policy,it is required to comprehensively reduce the burden of extracurricular training on students in compulsory education.Education and training institutions are facing rectification and strict management,and teachers are also facing transformation and development.For educational and training institutions and their teachers,how to clarify the direction and ways of transformation and development,and further achieve smooth transformation and development,is a very serious and worthy research problem.This article refers to relevant literature and materials,focusing on the transformation directions of quality training,adult+vocational education,research tourism,technology empowered smart education,after-school services,and other fields.It explains the ways and strategies for the transformation and development of educational and training institutions and their teachers,hoping to provide some reference and promotion value,and make certain contributions to solving the difficulties of educational and training institutions and their teachers under the background of the"double reduction"policy.
